Individual/Family/Couples Sessions: 50 minutes, $125 Telehealth session are available at the same rate

Some clinicians participate with insurance plans (see profiles). If we do not currently participate with your insurance plan we are happy to provide you with the documentation needed for you to get reimbursement.

Your insurance company will require that you are given a diagnosis of a mental illness, will require that your personal information is shared with the insurance company, they may dictate treatment protocols and give you a pre-set number of sessions. For these reasons, many clients choose to work with a therapist outside of their insurance plans.

Some benefits to not using your insurance include: working directly and privately for you, providing a greater degree of your confidentiality, and collaboratively deciding on the methods we use. In this case we accept credit cards and HSA.
